July 17, 2013 — San Jose NSP2 Consortium Multifamily Development NOFA

The Consortium invites eligible non-profit and for-profit development entities  to submit applications for federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2) funds that may be used for activities serving low-income households earning at or below 80% of AMI. Under this NOFA the Consortium will make available approximately $4 million in the form of development loans for acquisition and rehabilitation or development of vacant land within the 35 NSP2 eligible census tracts in the City of San Jose.
