Over the past year, 21 homeless veterans have moved into stable housing they can afford with the help of a grant from Housing Trust Silicon Valley to cover all or part of the security deposit on their new apartment.
Joseph never expected he would need to use skills learned as a Marine to get through a period of homelessness after he returned to civilian life. But his ability to troubleshoot a problem and adapt to challenging situations served him well during the time he had no place to call home.

The Housing Trust Silicon Valley’s TECH Fund has announced that it has now raised $12.5 million, thanks to a $5 million investment from The David and Lucile Packard Foundation
