If you would like to pay your loan in full, please send a request for payoff statement with the following information: Borrower name, loan number, property address, and good-through date. You can request your payoff demand letter through email: assetmanagement@housingtrustsv.org or fax at 408-436-3454 (attn: Asset Management) NOTE: If you are a third party requesting information on a loan, please attach a signed Borrower’s Authorization form with your request.
