Noni Ramos is Chief Executive Officer of Housing Trust Silicon Valley. Housing Trust is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) working across the 14-county greater Bay Area. Since its inception in 2000, Housing Trust has invested over $615 million to create and preserve more than 27,200 affordable homes across the region. As the principal executive of the organization, she provides strategic leadership, oversees all day-to-day operations, and serves as the company’s primary spokesperson. Noni’s impressive background spans over three decades working in the affordable housing field. She is driven to do this work because she knows first-hand how affordable housing can change the trajectory of one’s life and that if each of us decides to make a difference, together there is nothing we can’t accomplish.
Under Noni’s leadership, Housing Trust has continued to use transformative housing finance and public and private partnerships to create more equitable and affordable communities. Housing Trust’s TECH Fund is a prime example of how varied stakeholders can partner for greater impact. The Fund is an investment vehicle designed to enable philanthropic organizations and large employers to be part of the affordable housing solution. Housing Trust’s work with the Google and Apple affordable housing funds is another approach which enables Housing Trust to fund the creation of more homes in our communities.
Prior to joining Housing Trust, Noni was at Enterprise Community Loan Fund as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where she oversaw the lending, credit and risk management, finance, and administration functions.
She currently serves as board chair of the California Coalition for Community Investment, a coalition of cross sector CDFIs working in California, and Mercy Community Capital. She is also a board member of the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders, NPH Action Fund, Community HousingWorks, and Community Health Center Capital Fund. Noni received a Bachelor’s degree from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the California State University, East Bay.

Julie Mahowald is the CFO and Head of Partnerships & Strategy at Housing Trust Silicon Valley. She joined the organization in January 2016. Her responsibilities include strategy and planning, capital structure and capital raise, finance, administration and operations. She also served as interim CEO of Housing Trust on two occasions. Julie drives partnership opportunities and stewardship for Housing Trust. She is part of the leadership team that established TECH Fund, the Apple Affordable Housing Fund, and Google’s Launch Initiative–each investing funds to start up or preserve affordable homes. Her passion is bringing impact capital to community development. She was named non-profit CFO of the year in 2023 by the SF Business Times and Larkin Street Youth Services.
Julie brings over 30 years of corporate finance, treasury management, and strategy experience in high growth tech firms such as Oracle, Maxtor, Celestica, and various Silicon Valley start-ups. Julie’s roles included raising capital from banks and venture firms, international finance, and guiding an initial public offering. Julie also has extensive non-profit management experience. She served on the board of the Los Altos Community Foundation for 7 years and is a past Co-Chair. She was also a long-time board member of East Palo Alto Kids Foundation. Julie currently serves on the board of Silicon Valley@Home. She earned her BA in Economics from Tulane University, as well as an MBA in Finance and MA in International Studies from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Fellow with the Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies.

Nick Friend joined Housing Trust in February 2025 as Chief Lending Officer. In this role, he leads the multifamily lending team, providing strategic direction to ensure Housing Trust’s lending is socially impactful, responsibly structured, and supports long-term sustainability.
Nick has nearly 20 years of experience in community lending and affordable housing finance. His past professional experience includes serving as Director of Northern California and Vice President at Century Housing, where he established Century’s presence outside of Los Angeles and helped grow the Northern California region to 45% of its portfolio, structuring over $650 million in acquisition and bridge loans and securing more than $27 million in federal and state grants. Prior to that, Nick was a mortgage officer at the Community Preservation Corporation in New York.
Nick has also held leadership roles at Citi Community Capital and New York City Economic Development Corporation.
Nick serves on the board of Operation Dignity, an East Bay-based supportive service provider. He holds an MBA with a concentration in real estate from Columbia University and a BA in Architecture from Yale University. A San Francisco native, Nick lives in Berkeley with his family.

Sean Callum joined Housing Trust in January 2025 as Chief Credit and Risk Officer. In this role, he leads Credit, Loan Administration, and Asset Management, overseeing credit risk management and portfolio performance, portfolio reporting and servicing, credit policies and procedures implementation, and firm-wide risk management and compliance initiatives.
Sean has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the credit life cycle and risk management. His past professional experience includes serving as the Credit Risk Officer at a $200 billion bank, where he was responsible for approving loans, leading the Special Assets Department, and overseeing a $180 billion loan portfolio at the Enterprise Risk Management level. Prior to that role, Sean was the Deputy Director of Credit Administration.
Sean has also held leadership positions in commercial real estate financing, sourcing and underwriting new credit of all property types across small, medium, and large lending institutions.
Sean serves on numerous boards, including Eden Housing where he is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Julie Quinn re-joined Housing Trust Silicon Valley in the newly created role of Chief Development and Impact Officer January 2024. In this role, Julie will ensure that Housing Trust programs are responsive to community needs, as well as being well-executed, impact focused, and aligned with strategic priorities. She will be responsible for achieving strategic objectives around new programs and products, leveraging organizational competencies, complementing existing offerings, and developing metrics for success.
Julie has over 20 years of experience in community lending and affordable housing. Most recently, Julie was the Director of Investor Relations at Merritt Community Capital for the past three years, where she raised over $350 million in low-income housing tax credit equity, closing Merritt’s largest fund to date, and building out a proprietary investment platform. She was also deeply engaged in strategic organizational development and led external communications.
Prior to Merritt Capital, Julie was at Housing Trust Silicon Valley for 10 years in a number of roles, most recently as Chief Development Officer where she managed debt and grant solicitations to banks, corporations, foundations, and government sources, securing over $260 million. In that role, she also oversaw communications and events. During her tenure, she also worked on the homebuyer and multifamily lending teams. Julie has also worked for cities in Massachusetts and North Carolina in affordable housing development, program and portfolio management, and started her career with a nonprofit developer. She earned her MA in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and BA from University of California, San Diego.

Kristen Clements joined Housing Trust in March 2026 as the inaugural Director of Policy and Advocacy, a role created through our transformative 2024 Yield Giving gift, which launched Housing Trust’s new Policy & Partnerships Initiative. In this position, she will shape and advance Housing Trust’s policy, advocacy, and government affairs strategy, while also enhancing our ability to engage as a regional and statewide thought leader in affordable housing, climate-resilient development, and CDFI operations.
Kristen has worked at the intersection of financing and policy for affordable housing and community development for over 30 years. She spent the last 21 years at the City of San José’s Housing Department, working on policy, land use, and production of affordable homes. Kristen co-created the City’s first 3P’s Residential Anti-Displacement Strategy, tenant preferences in affordable housing to fight displacement, and San José’s 2023-2031 Housing Element. She helped to create nearly 5,000 affordable homes in San José, overseeing $390 million in loan originations, bond issuances, the Inclusionary Housing program, homebuyer programs, and asset management of the City’s portfolio of approximately 19,000 affordable homes and $648 billion in multifamily and single-family loans. Before joining the City of San José, Kristen created and administered multifamily affordable housing debt products at Bank of America, made grant awards for affordable rental and for-sale housing at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and was a consultant to housing agencies at Price Waterhouse.
Kristen holds a graduate degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and an undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Duke University. She is the Chair of the Planning and Transportation Commission in San Carlos, California, and was a founding board member of the Community Foundation of San Carlos. Kristen recently completed a six-year tenure on the board of the statewide California Housing Consortium. She lives in San Carlos with her husband Doug, her cat Jackie, and sometimes her college-aged son Dylan.

Alison Frost returned to Housing Trust Silicon Valley as Director of Development in November 2025. As Director of Development, she will lead our fundraising strategy across capital raising, grant development, donor engagement, and investor relations working closely with our team and across teams to expand and deepen the partnerships that make our work possible.
Alison has over a decade of experience raising funds for organizations benefitting the greater Bay Area community. She first worked for an educational non-profit after graduating from the University of California at Santa Cruz, then joined Housing Trust Silicon Valley in 2013 as Development Assistant. Over the course of nine years with Housing Trust, Alison contributed to the success of our fundraising events, government grant applications and reporting, and philanthropic stewardship efforts. During this time, Alison grew from prospecting, researching, and writing $100,000 in grants each year to soliciting $8 million per year from a wide variety of funders, including corporations; foundations; and local, state, and federal government bodies such as the Department of Treasury’s CDFI Fund
Most recently, Alison served as Associate Director of Development at Working Partnerships USA, shepherding $9 million per year in government and foundation funding to programs that build power with working people through workforce development curricula, workplace rights training, civic engagement campaigns and more. A Silicon Valley native, Alison is driven by a passion to make the greater Bay Area easier for everyone to work and live in.

Lupita Lourdes Medina joined Housing Trust as Director of Human Resources in July 2021.In this role, she is responsible for HR operations and compliance, full employee life-cycle support, training and development; and serve as a key partner in driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. Prior to joining Housing Trust, Lupita served as Director of Human Resources for KIPP Public Schools Northern California and served as HR coordinator and HR manager for The Foundation for Hispanic Education. She brings over eight years of HR and payroll experience including strategy and compliance, benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, change management, training, HRIS implementation and management, handbook and policy and procedures development. Lupita earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Spanish from San Jose State University.

Angelique Randolph joined Housing Trust as Director of Loan Administration in September 2025. In her role, Angelique will oversee the Loan Administration team, ensuring the efficient and compliant servicing of loans that support the creation and preservation of affordable housing across the Bay Area. She will lead efforts to streamline operations, enhance documentation and disbursement processes, and strengthen the department’s overall effectiveness.
Angelique brings over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, with a deep background in loan operations, administration, and IT. Prior to joining Housing Trust, she served as Senior Vice President, Loan Servicing Manager at California Bank of Commerce, where she led loan servicing, documentation, and operations functions, streamlined processes, and strengthened compliance functions. She also spent three years with the Hayward Unified School District, an experience that deepened her connection to community service and broadened her perspective on the impact mission-driven organizations can have.
Angelique earned her Bachelor of Science in Management, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior, from the University of San Francisco.
Outside of work, Angelique enjoys gardening, caring for her growing collection of orchids and houseplants, bird watching, and exploring Tai Chi.

Nikka Albarran joined Housing Trust in January 2025 as an Office Coordinator. In this role, she supports the smooth and efficient operation of the office by overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating office management activities, and assisting with organizational events.
A recent graduate of San José State University, Nikka holds a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resource Management. In addition to managing office operations, she is moving into a new role as Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Housing Trust’s senior leadership team, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization. Her role offers the opportunity to continue building her skills under the mentorship of the Human Resources department while working closely with the senior team to contribute to Housing Trust’s mission.

Alex Berger joined Housing Trust as Office Manager/Executive Assistant in June 2022. In this role, he is responsible for the administrative and organizational management of the Housing Trust office, and supports the CEO and senior leadership team. Prior to joining Housing Trust, Alex spent 12 years with Ensemble Theatre Company of Santa Barbara, first as a Production Stage Manager and then later as General Manager. As General Manager, he oversaw general operations and company management. He also has eight years of experience in non-profit administration. A San Jose native, Alex attended University of California, Santa Barbara where he earned a BA in Theatre with a focus of Stage Management.

Daniel Concepcion joined Housing Trust as a Credit Analyst in July 2022. In this role, he will support Housing Trust’s Multifamily Lending team in evaluating and underwriting affordable housing loans and by performing lending activities that include origination support, financial analyses, third party review assessments, site visits, marketing, and relationship management. Prior to joining Housing Trust, he worked as a credit analyst for Upstart. Daniel’s previous positions also include managing federal and private student loan programs as a loan officer for U.C. Santa Cruz and working as a business banker for Chase bank. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from C.S.U. Chico and his MBA from San Jose State University.

Pete Coolidge joined Housing Trust in August 2025 as a Senior Underwriter for the Homebuyer Program. In this role, he underwrites loans for first-time homebuyer programs. Prior to joining Housing Trust, he spent nearly 25 years in the mortgage industry, working as a mortgage processor, underwriter, team lead, and underwriting manager. He has over 20 years of underwriting experience across a wide range of mortgage loan products including FHA, conforming, non-conforming, non-QM, and super jumbo loans. Pete was with Wells Fargo Bank for 13 years, serving over eight years as a Senior Underwriter for their Portfolio Credit Office. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, pottery, and hiking.

Nori Dubon joined Housing Trust in December 2024 as a Program & Impact Manager. She is a passionate advocate for equitable community development with a proven track record of mobilizing capital and resources through strategic cross-sector partnerships. With deep expertise in government, community development finance, housing policy, grant management, and partnership-building, Nori has driven impactful initiatives that empower communities of opportunity.
Most recently, Nori was a Housing Policy Fellow with Partnership for the Bay’s Future (PBF), in collaboration with the San Francisco Foundation and Coro Northern California, where she worked with the City of South San Francisco and the Housing Leadership Council (HLC) to lead community engagement efforts, championed affordable housing preservation, and advanced anti-displacement strategies for both commercial and residential tenants. In her previous role as a Program Officer at the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF), she managed multi-million-dollar grants to support community development projects, focusing on the integration of early care and education centers within affordable housing developments.
Nori brings a strong background in financial analysis, data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement, and is dedicated to developing community-driven solutions that meet the critical need for safe, stable, and affordable housing for all.

Mao Gaoteote joined Housing Trust in November 2019 as Loan Administrator for the Multifamily lending department. Prior to joining Housing Trust she spent over 20 years working both in for-profit and non-profit as a lender in retail and SBA (Small Business Administration) for a CDFI lender and various community banks. Since 2012, she has been serving as a Loan Committee Member to NorCal- FDC and has been a Board Member to various committees for the Sierra Pacific Conference – FMC since 2017.

Sanika Gavankar joined Housing Trust as a Credit Analyst in June 2024. She supports Housing Trust’s Multifamily Lending team evaluating and underwriting affordable housing loans performing financial analysis, third-party reviews, and site visits.
Prior to Housing Trust, Sanika began her career at Hall Capital Partners as a Portfolio Management Analyst. She then pivoted to affordable housing as an Associate Development Manager at Novin Development, where she helped facilitate development and construction of affordable housing projects, as well as the completion of funding applications.
Sanika holds a B.S. in Finance and minor in Economics from Cal Poly Pomona (CPP). She was on the investment team of CPP’s Student Managed Investment Fund and ran the CPP Real Estate Association.

Cassandra Kauwling joined Housing Trust as an Underwriter in June 2024. In this position she underwrites Multifamily loans and addresses the needs of our major programs.
Cassandra has over 20 years of experience in the Affordable Housing Industry. She has underwritten acquisition, predevelopment, construction, and permanent loans for borrowers in the mid-west, west and east coast. Her broad experience includes, case manager at a homeless shelter in Santa Monica; Project Manager/Director Sales & Marketing for Heritage Housing Partners in Pasadena; Program Director for Enterprise in Los Angeles; Deputy Director of a large-scale acquisition/rehab program for first-time, low-income homebuyers in Los Angeles; and Loan Officer for LIIF in New York. . Cassandra is a graduate of UCLA with both a BA in Geography and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning.

Stephaney Kipple joined Housing Trust Silicon Valley as Senior Loan Officer in September 2020. In this role, she qualifies and underwrites developer financing loans throughout the greater Bay Area. Prior to joining Housing Trust, Stephaney was a Senior Project Manager at the Mission Economic Development Agency where she managed the development and financing of an 130-unit affordable housing project, as well as commercial acquisitions for arts, culture and neighborhood economic development. She has also worked at a San Francisco CDFI and on socially-equitable real estate projects in Detroit, New York City, and other cities. Stephaney received a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from the New School for Management and Urban Policy in New York City and holds a BBA from Eastern Michigan University. Stephaney is a also a member of OFN, NPH, ULI, and serves as Treasurer on the climate and transportation equity nonprofit, TransForm.

Haley Kline joined Housing Trust as Treasury Analyst in June 2022. In this role, she is primarily responsible for financial planning and analysis, as well as support for business decisions, strategy, and risk management. Prior to Housing Trust, Haley worked as a financial analyst at a tech firm. Haley began her career as a research analyst for a buy-side investment bank and holds a BS in Economics from Cal Poly SLO.

Dorothy Lee joined Housing Trust Silicon Valley in January 2025 as a Sr. Loan Servicing Accountant. In this role, she will oversee loan servicing, reviewing loan agreements, work with loan administration to onboard loans, make lending transactions, maintain accounts, troubleshoot, and provide external and internal reports. Prior to joining Housing Trust, Dorothy worked as a Senior Accountant at Silicon Valley Community Foundation for three years and also served as an Accounting Consultant with Robert Half for seven years. Dorothy has over 10 years of accounting experience across various industries, including e-commerce, education management, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University.

Jesus A. Magaña joined Housing Trust as Finance Manager in January 2023, bringing his expertise in budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and strategic planning. He is a finance professional with 7+ years of experience working in consulting and education finance. Prior to joining Housing Trust, he worked as the Lead Financial Analyst at Aspire Public Schools and as a Consultant at Deloitte, where he supported tech and merger acquisition clients with financial management. A native of the Bay Area, Jesus grew up in East Palo Alto and received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, East Bay. He is excited to continue building his career in finance and contribute to Housing Trust’s mission of increasing access to affordable housing and improving living conditions for all.

Thu Mai joined Housing Trust in April 2022 as a Staff Accountant. In her role, she will be assisting in the general day to day accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable), closing the month, handling some tax related matters, and eventually taking over payroll. Thu earned a BS degree in Accounting from Cal State East Bay and has over 15 years of experience in accounting. Prior to joining Housing Trust, she worked in accounting at a health and wellness company for more than eight years.

Brent Malloy joined Housing Trust as the Assistant Controller in December 2021. He was promoted to Controller in August 2022. In this role, his responsibilities include establishing in-house loan servicing accounting capacity, leading the accounting team, ensuring technical accounting is adopted and documented as we grow and as pronouncements change. Prior to joining Housing Trust, Brent served as the Assistant Controller at Accion Opportunity Fund Community Development, a leading microfinance CDFI that provides working capital loans to traditionally underserved small businesses. Brent brings over 15 years in finance, primarily for small businesses in such industries as non-profit lending, manufacturing, consumer goods, software, and hospitality industries. He earned a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego, a Certificate of Advanced Accounting proficiency from Santa Clara University, and a California CPA license in 2018, which is currently active.

Sarah McIntire joined Housing Trust in August 2025 as a Senior Loan Officer. In this role, she originates and underwrites loans for affordable housing development projects across the region.
Sarah is a mission-driven affordable housing professional with over 17 years of experience in non-profit housing development and public policy. Prior to joining Housing Trust, she spent 11 years at MidPen Housing, most recently serving as Senior Project Manager and Head of Development Values Contracting. During her tenure, she led multifamily new construction and rehabilitation projects across six Bay Area counties, managing developments from feasibility through closing and into construction and operations. Sarah also played a key role in shaping MidPen’s Values Contracting Policy and Program and co-led the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California’s Fair Contracting Working Group, promoting equity in procurement and workforce development.
Sarah began her career in housing policy at the City of Oakland while earning her Master’s Degree in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in housing, community, and economic development. She also holds a BA in International Development Studies with a minor in Geography from UCLA, with a focus on urban and regional development planning.
A native of Berkeley, Sarah is passionate about building inclusive communities through housing, community development, and equitable procurement strategies. She enjoys dancing, gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family and community.

Elisa joined Housing Trust in November 2021 as an Underwriter for First Time Homebuyers. In this role, she underwrites Empower Homebuyer SCC and Homebuyer Empowerment Loan Program (HELP) loans. Prior to joining Housing Trust, she spent over 18 years working as mortgage loan underwriter and mortgage loan processor at Wells Fargo Institutional Lending Wholesale, RMR Financial, LLC., Guaranteed Rate Affinity, LLC. and Pacificwide Business Group, Inc. Elisa completed a BS in Commerce major in Economics and earned 21 academic units of MBA from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.

Hong Anh Ngo joined Housing Trust as a Junior Loan Underwriter in July 2014 and was named Senior Program Specialist in July 2020. In her present role she assists the Homeownership programs manager in underwriting and marketing down payment assistance loan programs. She has worked in the legal and real estate industries since 2009 and has served as a paralegal, mainly handling personal injury, loan modification, debt negotiation, and bankruptcy cases. She also worked as a real estate coordinator and a loan underwriter. Hong went to San Jose State University and graduated in 2007 with a BS degree in Management.

Carmen Nguyen joined Housing Trust as a credit analyst in June 2025. She supports the Credit Risk Management team by conducting loan reviews, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and assisting in underwriting loan extensions and modifications.
Prior to joining Housing Trust, Carmen worked as an Enterprise Analytics Intern at Sanofi US, where she supported pricing strategy and sales performance. She also gained experience in nonprofit lending through internships at the Community Reinvestment Fund, performing loan reviews and asset management for affordable housing loans.
Carmen holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco.

Jacob Nyamu joined Housing Trust as a Credit Analyst in September 2025. He will support Housing Trust’s Multifamily Lending team by evaluating and underwriting affordable housing loans, including performing financial analysis, third-party reviews, and site visits.
Prior to joining Housing Trust, Jacob was a Credit Analyst at Five Star Bank, where he improved risk mitigation by ensuring compliance with debt service coverage ratio and loan to value covenants in annual credit reviews for banking relationships exceeding $2 million. Previously, he was a Business Analyst Intern at Uncut Lab, where he used Python to analyze large federal contract datasets and conducted web scraping to identify new subcontracting and partnership opportunities.
Jacob holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Babson College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hult Business School. Outside of work, he is the Founder of Kipekee, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting autistic adults through community-building and access to resources.

Silvia Perez joined Housing Trust in February 2026 as the Homebuyer Education Specialist with the Homebuyer Department. In this role, she serves as a key point of contact for prospective first-time homebuyers, lenders, real estate professionals, and community partners. Silvia will support Housing Trust’s down payment assistance programs through educational outreach, client guidance, and administrative coordination to help families successfully navigate the path to homeownership.
Silvia brings over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, including the last eight years specializing in mortgage lending. Prior to Housing Trust, she was an Area Sales Manager and Loan Officer, and guided many families through the homebuying process by providing clear financial education, personalized support, and access to the right loan products. She has extensive experience working with a variety of programs, including FHA, Conventional, VA, and down payment assistance options, with a strong focus on serving first-time homebuyers and underserved communities.
Silvia’s professional experience is strengthened by her leadership with the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates (NHORA), where she currently serves as Treasurer & Chapter President.
Silvia believes that safe, stable housing is a fundamental human right and the foundation for stronger communities. Outside of work, Silvia enjoys spending time with her family, weight training, and playing pickleball

Matt Pham joined Housing Trust as the Resource Development & Grants Manager in February 2024. In this role, he will be primarily responsible for grants management from inquiry and submission through compliance and impact reporting. Reporting to the Chief Development & Communications Officer, his role will be critical in facilitating the development of internal and external relationships to meet Programmatic, Operations, and Lending Capital goals that will lead Housing Trust to further its mission to create more affordable housing opportunities in the greater Bay Area. Prior to Housing Trust, Matt worked for more than five years with CohnReznick as a Compliance Consultant, where he assisted government clients in their grant programs aimed at helping applicants within the disaster recovery, emergency management, and travel/tourism business industry. Matt spent most of his childhood in Southern California. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ivan Ramirez joined Housing Trust in April 2024 as a Staff Accountant. In this role, he will assist in general day-to-day accounting, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and closing the month. Prior to joining Housing Trust, Ivan worked as a Property Accountant for a family-owned residential portfolio of 65+ single and multifamily properties. He also spent a little over a year as a Property Accountant for a Commercial Property Management company, overseeing 13 commercial properties with 60+ tenants.

Adelene Ramos was promoted to Communications Manager at Housing Trust in February 2022. In this role, she is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing communications programs that effectively describe and promote Housing Trust Silicon Valley, our products, and programs. She joined the organization in January 2020 as the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator for the Homeownership Programs Department, where she provided marketing, community outreach, and communications for the Homebuyer Department. Adelene brings more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, storytelling, and project management to her role, along with a background working in nonprofits, social justice, city government, and higher education. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the many family activities that the Bay Area offers, and her favorites are hiking, going to museums, watching concerts and movies, perusing independent bookstores, and spending time at the beach. When not writing stories about the community that Housing Trust supports, Adelene writes poetry and is an award winning poet. She holds an MBA from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, with concentrations in Marketing Management and Leading People & Organizations. She was a Hackworth scholar and a Roelandts scholar during graduate school. Adelene also holds a BA in Film and Video Production from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Nidhi Sharda joined Housing Trust as a Loan Processor with the First-Time Homebuyer team in December 2024. She will play a vital role in processing homebuyer loans and will prepare loan documents, assist with funding, closings and post-closing activities. Nidhi’s passion for helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams will make her a valuable addition to team.
With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Nidhi brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role. She began her career as a Loan Processor at Wise Mortgage and quickly advanced to become a Loan Coordinator at Interbank Mortgage. Nidhi’s dedication and experience led to further career growth as an Underwriter at JP Morgan Chase and Chicago Financial Services.
Nidhi holds a B.S. Business Major from Delhi University in India and holds a M.S. Software Engineering at NIIT, from New Delhi in India.

Becky Swift joined Housing Trust Silicon Valley as the Senior Loan Administrator in September 2021. In her role she coordinates loan closings for the Multifamily team. Prior to joining Housing Trust she spent over 15 years working in for-profit lending as an underwriter and credit analyst for various community banks. Becky graduated from the University of Santa Barbara with a BA degree in Communications.

Vivian Vo joined Housing Trust in 2012 and presently serves as Accounting Manager. In this role she assists the Chief Financial Officer in maintaining the organization’s complex accounting and finance records. Her efforts have contributed to a string of clean audits. Prior to Housing Trust, Vivian worked as an accountant at a public accounting firm for six years and worked at The Health Trust for five years, providing back office accounting services to other nonprofits throughout Silicon Valley. Vivian holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Jose State University.
