Sonya Singha joined Housing Trust as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Construction & ADUs, in March 2020. She helps originate construction, pre-development and bridge financing for homeowners to cover the cost of constructing an accessory dwelling unit on their property. She brings extensive knowledge of mortgage products and financing from her previous experience operating a mortgage brokerage company for the last 20 years, where her personal loan volume business was between $10-15 annually. She is passionate about giving back to the community and enjoys volunteering in her spare time.
