Join Housing Trust Silicon Valley at the Santa Teresa Branch Library for a free homeownership presentation about the new Empower Homebuyers SCC program!
Learn more about this new down payment assistance program and how it can help you become a first-time homebuyer in Santa Clara County. This program is funded by the 2016 Measure A Affordable Housing Bond and provides down payment assistance loans to first-time homebuyers. The program will assist low to moderate income households. (Additional information regarding other housing assistance programs will be available as well.)

A mini Homebuyer Fair following the presentation will provide additional housing, lending, and real estate resources.
