Empower Homebuyers SCC Hosted by City of Sunnyvale – 2:00 pm Webinar

The City of Sunnyvale will host a free homeownership webinar about the Empower Homebuyers SCC program with the County of Santa Clara and Housing Trust Silicon Valley! Funded by the 2016 Measure A Affordable Housing Bond, Empower Homebuyers SCC provides down payment assistance loans to first-time homebuyers with up to 17% of the purchase price. The program assists low to moderate income households in Santa Clara County. Join Housing Trust’s Homebuyer Programs team for an informative overview of the program.
