Spanish Empower Homebuyers SCC In Person Event @ Gilroy City Council Chamber Hosted by Housing Trust

Join the City of Morgan Hill, City of Gilroy and Housing Trust’s Homebuyer team to learn how the County of Santa Clara’s down payment assistance program can help you buy your first home. This is a 1-hour Empower Homebuyers SCC (Empower) Informational in person event. All are welcome. 

Empower Homebuyers SCC Program (Empower), is a down payment assistance loan to help first-time homebuyers who live or work in Santa Clara County. The Empower program offers down payment assistance of up to 30% of the purchase price with a maximum loan amount of $250,000. There is no maximum purchase price. With a minimum 3% down payment required from the buyer, a 33% down payment on the home is possible. As a 30-year deferred loan, no monthly loan payments are required.
