Join us and learn more about this down payment assistance program and how it can help you become a first-time homebuyer in Santa Clara County. Housing Trust’s Homebuyer Programs team will provide an informative overview of the program.
Funded by the 2016 Measure A Affordable Housing Bond, Empower Homebuyers SCC provides down payment assistance loans to first-time homebuyers with up to 17% of the purchase price on a market rate home. The program assists low to moderate income households in Santa Clara County.
