Funded by the 2016 Measure A Affordable Housing Bond, the County of Santa Clara’s Empower Homebuyers SCC program provides down payment assistance loans to first-time homebuyers with up to 17% of the purchase price. The program assists low to moderate income households purchase a home in Santa Clara County. Join Housing Trust’s Homebuyer Programs team for an informative overview of the program and how you can become a REALTOR® partner with Housing Trust Silicon Valley.
