Empower Homebuyers SCC – Webinar on April 23, 2020

Funded by the 2016 Measure A Affordable Housing Bond, the program provides down payment assistance loans to first-time homebuyers. The program will assist low to moderate income households. Additional information regarding other housing assistance programs will be available, as well.
