The City of Morgan Hill is proud to host a free homeownership presentation with the County of Santa Clara and Housing Trust Silicon Valley!
Join us to learn more about the new Empower Homebuyers SCC program and how it can help you become a first-time homebuyer in Santa Clara County! This program is funded by the 2016 Measure A Affordable Housing Bond and provides down payment assistance loans to first-time homebuyers. The program will assist low to moderate income households. Additional information regarding other housing assistance programs will be available, as well.

A mini Homebuyer Fair following the presentation will provide additional housing, lending, and real estate resources.
Registration will start on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at 9:00am
