The Home Access Program is designed for households with incomes up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Alameda County or Contra Costa. This program offers down payment assistance ‒ up to 40% of the home’s purchase price ‒ with maximum assistance of $200,000. It is a 30-year deferred loan with simple interest that accrues annually.
