Join Housing Trust’s Homebuyer Team for a deep dive into the Empower Homebuyers SCC Application process and how to fill out the Eligibility Application. Unsure about what documents you need to provide? Need some tips? Then this one-hour workshop is for you! Bring your questions to this interactive learning session.
Funded by the 2016 Measure A Affordable Housing Bond, the County of Santa Clara’s Empower program provides down payment assistance loans to first-time homebuyers with up to 30% of the purchase price on a market rate home in the County. This program is available for households who have low to moderate incomes, including employees at nonprofit organizations, teachers, healthcare professionals, County employees, and others.
