Danita Moore joined Housing Trust in June 2026 as the Compliance & Risk Manager. In this role, she oversees enterprise-wide compliance, fair lending, and operational risk for the First-Time Homebuyer and Multifamily Lending programs, and also serves as the central point of accountability for regulatory compliance, examination readiness, and risk oversight.
Danita brings more than 30 years of financial services experience, most notably as a Vice President in internal audit, operational risk, and compliance testing at Bank of the West. Her background includes leading risk-based audits, evaluating internal control environments, conducting compliance testing across major consumer regulations, and strengthening governance and control frameworks.
Danita is a dedicated community volunteer with a long history of supporting Dublin schools, including service on School Site Councils and participation in equity and design initiatives across the district. Outside of work, Danita enjoys traveling and learning photography.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Davenport University.
