Debbie Hao joined Housing Trust Silicon Valley as the Finance Director in July 2020. In this role, she is primarily responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as support for business decisions, strategy, and risk management. Prior to Housing Trust, Debbie worked in budgets and planning at a partner non-profit, Abode Services. Her previous finance experience includes Silicon Graphics and GE. Debbie earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, and is a graduate of the GE Financial Management Program.
