To cap off an amazing week, we had the chance to take a hard hat tour of Ruby Street Apartments, a new 72-unit development in Alameda County. Developed by our partners Eden Housing, with acquisition funding from Housing Trust through our TECH Fund, the project will offer a mix of studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units that will be affordable to households earning 20% to 60% of the area median income. We can’t wait to come back when the finishing touches are done and our lucky neighbors have settled in. Let’s do more of these!
