Some big news just happened internally: Housing Trust, which has been growing quite a bit in recent years – we only had a staff of three about twelve years ago – just hired our very first Human Resources Director!
Please meet Lupita Medina, who has years of experience and leadership in building HR infrastructure, strategic planning and talent acquisition. She’s also a graduate of San Jose State University and immediately joined our Housers Originating More Equity (H.O.M.E.) committee to help us with our diversity, equity and inclusion work.
