A brand new, 90-unit affordable housing community near downtown Sunnyvale, has opened the doors to its first residents and officially celebrated with a Grand Opening like no other!
Meridian was developed by our mission-driven partners, Related Companies California, with early funding from Housing Trust, as well as public and private partners – and elected officials – that know the importance of creating more affordable housing in our region. The affordable homes are designed for low-income households, including families and households with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
It warmed our hearts to meet our happy neighbors and welcome them to their beautiful, dignified new homes!
