Today was a beautiful day to celebrate Earth Day and a Grand Opening! Nestled in the heart of downtown San Jose, Solaire Apartments, a vibrant 130-unit community, is COMPLETE! Our new neighbors have started to settle in and everyone was all smiles. With early funding from Housing Trust through our TECH Fund, the project was developed by our long-time partners, Eden Housing. Some green highlights (it is Earth Day, after all) include a community garden, drought-tolerant landscaping, Solar photovoltaics system, and EV charging stations.
