We are excited to announce that the next Open Application Period for the City of Santa Clara’s Below Market Purchase (BMP) Program will take place from August 3, 2020 through August 14, 2020. Applications will be accepted for TWO BMP homes that are under construction – Unit #8 and Unit #10 in the Catalina development by LandSea Homes. Please review the BMP Program Requirements to learn more about the application process and to determine if your household meets the eligibility requirements.
