Congratulations to Resources for Community Development (RCD) and the City of Fremont on the grand opening of Bell Street Gardens!

🏘️ This deeply affordable community brings 126 homes—including 49 newly built and 79 beautifully renovated units—with on-site services and community spaces for families, individuals with disabilities, and those transitioning out of homelessness.

At the grand opening, California HCD Director Gustavo Velasquez reminded us that “. . .housing is about people—it’s about community.” Bell Street Gardens is a powerful reflection of that vision.
