Open Application Period 8/3/20 – 8/14/20 for City of Santa Clara Below Market Purchase (BMP) Program BEGINS

We are excited to announce that Open Application Period for the City of Santa Clara’s Below Market Purchase (BMP) Program will take place from August 3, 2020 through August 14, 2020. Applications will be accepted for TWO BMP homes that are under construction – Unit #8 and Unit #10 in the Catalina development by LandSea Homes.

IMPORTANT! Please click here to learn how you can apply: BMP Open Application Period PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS and Income Limits. After you review the Program Requirements, Income Limits, and determine that your household can meet the eligibility requirements, then complete a BMP Online Intake Form, if your household has not completed one within the last 5 months. The intake form is NOT an application and does not place you on any wait list.
