Good times at the Grand Opening celebration for People Assisting the Homeless – PATH Villas at 4th Street, a new 94 unit affordable housing project for formerly homeless seniors! We were delighted to have provided early-stage financing for this beautiful project, which helped make more affordable housing accessible for vulnerable seniors in the City of San José. We especially enjoyed meeting some of our new neighbors who are thriving now that they have a safe, stable home of their own.
