We were thrilled to join the festivities last Friday at the grand opening for the Vivalon Healthy Aging Campus in downtown San Rafael, California! Our Housing Trust team were honored to meet some of the new neighbors and welcome them to their beautiful, new home.
Developed by our long-time partner, Eden Housing, with early financing from Housing Trust, the new community includes 66 units of 100% affordable homes for seniors. On the bottom floors is an Integrated Care Clinic that combines traditional medical services with coordinated care, and provides social engagement, learning opportunities, nutrition services, as well as activities and programs designed to promote healthy aging.
Congratulations to Eden Housing, Vivalon, and all the public and private partners that supported the vision to create a community in San Rafael where seniors can afford a dignified, stable home and thrive!
