Exciting progress in San Jose! The Charles, named after the dedicated Dr. Charles Preston, who dedicated his life to our most vulnerable community members, is well under construction.
Our Housing Trust team, including Daniel Concepcion, Edward Lau, Ion Carp, and Sanika Gavankar, recently toured the transformative 7-story, 99-unit development by @Charities Housing Development Corporation. This 100% affordable housing project will feature a diverse mix of studios and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes. This project is a significant step forward in providing much-needed housing for our community’s most vulnerable neighbors.
