Down Payment Assistance Programs

Home Access Program

To help the most vulnerable of households, Housing Trust is launching its Home Access Program. This program assists low-income households considering buying their first home with down payment assistance to secure a lower mortgage payment.

Homebuyer Empowerment Loan Program (HELP)

Assists first-time homebuyers with incomes slightly higher than Empower Homebuyers and other down payment assistance programs by allowing them to borrow up to 10% of a home’s purchase price.
