It was a celebration last week at Vitalia in the Cambrian neighborhood of City of San José. Developed by our partners Affirmed Housing, the brand new, beautiful 79 units provide dignified, affordable, supportive housing for individuals and families, including veterans and our formerly unhoused neighbors. Our CEO, Noni Ramos had the opportunity to speak at the grand opening, joining all the public and private partners who helped make this new community possible.
Housing Trust supported this project since the beginning with an acquisition loan and we are so proud we did! Congrats to Affirmed Housing and welcome home to our new neighbors!
