We were happy to join USA Properties Fund Inc., the Pinyon Group, the City of Santa Clara, and public/private partners at last week’s celebration for the groundbreaking of Mainline North in Santa Clara – near Levi’s Stadium – an affordable, 151-unit multifamily property. Housing Trust is a proud supporter of this new community and provided early-stage financing.
It’s important to remember the impact of this project will be most felt by our community members, including families trying to make ends meet, seniors living on fixed incomes, and local workers who need affordable housing.
