As we continue to celebrate 25 years of partnerships, we are thrilled to offer four informative Affordable Housing Month events, including Affordable Housing Finance 101 trainings for developers and affordable housing professionals, and a Home Access Program Informational Session for first-time homebuyers in the counties of Alameda and Contra Costa.

Affordable Housing Finance 101 Trainings

Take a deep dive into how Housing Trust, public agencies, and private partners collaborate to bring affordable housing projects from concept to completion.​

This training is for affordable housing developers, city and county housing professionals, and anyone who would like to know more about how Housing Trust, public entities, private lenders, and equity investors are working to create more affordable housing in our region. Home Access Program Informational Session

Are you a first-time homebuyer interested in buying a home in the counties of Alameda or Contra Costa? Attend an Informational Webinar to learn about our new Home Access Program, offering up to 40% of the purchase price (up to $200,000) in down payment assistance for eligible first-time buyers.
