It’s a celebration! Siesta Senior Apartments, a beautiful new 92-unit development just outside the City of Sonoma had it’s grand opening and we were thrilled to join in the festivities.
Housing Trust Silicon Valley‘s Julie Mahowald, CFO and Head of Partnerships and Strategy spoke at the event and celebrated with the community as vibrancy returns to an area that has lost many homes to wildfires in the past several years.
When we talk about the tremendous impact that mission-oriented developers like Milestone Housing Group and its partners have on our communities, it’s important to remember the impact is most felt by our vulnerable seniors whose lives are going to change because they have a safe, stable, affordable – and beautiful – new place to call home.
