Purchasing a home is complicated work and our team is here to help you. The first step is to complete our Homeownership Assistance Online Intake Form – which can be done by you at anytime. If you have already completed an online intake form and have questions on your next step, email us at EmpowerHomebuyersSCC@housingtrustsv.org.
After you have completed the Homeownership Assistance Intake Form and attended the 8-hour Homebuyer Education class, are found to have a 3% down payment and the required income to manage the new housing payment, you can fill-out the Eligibility Application online completing a Pre-Purchase Review with our Homebuyer Specialist.
The 8-hour Homebuyer Education class is available online and administered by Project Sentinel. You can find details on how to take the class on their website or call (408) 470-3730.
