Apple’s $2.5 billion commitment to affordable housing was first announced back in November and one of the initiatives was the creation of the $150 million Apple Affordable Housing Fund here at Housing Trust.
As part of Apple’s July 2020 update, the first four projects are moving forward and are poised to create 250 affordable homes throughout the Bay Area – and we’re only at the start of this partnership.
