For Our Community: An Important Housing Trust Update

Dear Neighbors,

In accordance with Santa Clara County’s shelter in place order given to protect the health and safety of our community amidst the coronavirus outbreak, the staff of our organization will work remotely until further notice. Our employees are equipped to conduct all daily operations from their homes.

At this time, Housing Trust remains fully operational. Our programs remain ready to serve our communities including our Homeownership programs (including Empower Homebuyers SCC), Multifamily Lending (including the Apple Affordable Housing Fund), Finally Home, our ADU lending program and the Guardino Affordable Housing Scholarship.

Housing Trust has an established business continuity plan, but like so many others we are adapting to remote operations and are determined to provide the same level of attention and professionalism. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to your primary contact.

Contact emails for each of our team are located on the Staff & Board page and you can also use the Contact Us form, linked at the bottom of each webpage that is monitored daily by our staff.

We remain committed to our mission and belief that safe, stable, affordable housing opens the door to better lives for everyone. And, we are here to serve you, those who are dedicated to supporting those most impacted. Please do not hesitate to reach out to any of us, and thank you for your steadfast support.

Sincerely,

Kevin Zwick and the entire Housing Trust team
